Harvest Festival at Village 135

This term, in the Bluebird class, we created harvest festival packs for people in need. These packs included food items for a starter, a main course, and a dessert. During the activity, we discussed the importance of kindness and the significance of helping those in need. We thought it was a great idea to visit our local old people's home. There, we had the chance to meet the residents and gift them the food we had prepared. We enjoyed some breakfast with them, which gave them some company and someone to chat with. It was a heartwarming experience to see the smiles on their faces and the joy in their eyes as we spent time with them. All the residents were so happy and grateful for the food, and we made some amazing new friends. We are very proud of Bluebird's class, and the experience taught us the power of compassion and how small acts of kindness can make a significant difference in someone's life.
